On Monday, June 14, 2021 at 6 PM CST this auction will close/end. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes, bidding on this parcel of land will be extended another 5 minutes. You cannot be “sniped” as on eBay. You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to all registered bidders to follow the bidding. Payment Information: The winning bidder will be notified immediately at the conclusion of this online only auction via phone to make arrangements to either sign the purchase agreement in person or via email with the following terms. Ten percent (10%) down payment on the day of the auction upon signing a purchase agreement immediately following the close of the auction. The down payment can be made with personal or company check, cashier’s check or wire transfer. The remaining balance will be due on or before July 14, 2021 at the closing with delivery of deed. Property is being sold subject to any easements or right of ways of public record. Buyer will receive full possession at the time of closing. Bidders should keep in mind that your bidding is not conditional to financing, so make certain that you have arranged financing if you need it. The final bid price is subject to the Seller’s acceptance or rejection.
Title: The Seller will offer title insurance on the property being offered in the auction. The Seller shall pay any search and closing costs that are customarily associated for a seller. The Buyer shall pay closing costs that are customarily associated with a real estate purchase. Upon full receipt of the entire purchase price by Seller, Seller shall deliver to Buyer a Deed conveying title in and to the property to the Buyer.
Closing: The closing shall be on or before Wednesday, July 14, 2021 and held at time agreeable to both the seller and buyer.
