Auction Terms and Conditions
Down Payment(s): Ten percent (10%) down payment(s) on the day of the auction upon signing a purchase agreement(s) immediately following the close of the auction. The down payment(s) can be paid by personal check, corporate check or cashier’s check. The remaining balance(s) will be due on or before May 20, 2019 at the closing(s) with delivery of deeds. Acceptance of bid prices: The successful bidder(s) will be required to sign purchase agreement(s) at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction. The final bid prices are subject to the Seller’s acceptance or rejection.
Possession: Buyer(s) will receive full possession at the time of closing.
Title: Seller will offer title insurance on the property being offered in the auction. The Seller shall pay any search and closing costs that are customarily associated for a seller. The Purchaser(s) shall pay closing costs that are customarily associated with a real estate purchase. Both the Seller and the Purchaser(s) shall each pay one-half (1/2) of the fees of the closing agent. Upon full receipt of the entire purchase price by Seller, Seller shall deliver to the Buyer(s) a Deed conveying title in and to the property to the Purchaser(s).
