Real Estate Taxes: The real estate taxes paid in 2017 were as follows: 208 E. Court St.: $2,134.42 112 E. Washington St.: $5,003.52

Terms and Conditions: Ten percent (10%) down payment(s) on the day of the auction upon signing a purchase agreement(s) immediately following the close of the auction. The down payment(s) can be paid by personal check, corporate check or cashier’s check. The remaining balance(s) will be due on or before January 4, 2018 at the closing with delivery of deed. Properties are being sold subject to any easements or right of ways of public record. Bidders should keep in mind that your bidding is not conditional to financing, so make certain that you have arranged financing if you need it.

Acceptance of bid prices: The successful bidder(s) will be required to sign a purchase agreement at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction.

Possession: Buyer(s) will receive full possession at the time of closing.

Title: Seller will offer title insurance on the properties being offered in the auction. Seller shall pay the premium for the Title Insurance Policy and the only seller’s search charges. Any search charges and closing costs associated with the buyer(s) shall be paid by the buyer(s).

Real Estate Taxes: The real estate taxes will be prorated to the time of closing.
