TRACT I: 160 acres more or less (12-07-22-200-001)
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 15 North,
Range 13 West of the 2nd P.M. situated in Edgar County, Illinois,
containing 160 Acres more or less.
This tract is a square 160 with access along an unimproved road along the
North side. Improvements include a converted corn crib to grain storage
and a pole type storage shed.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Each Tract will be sold separate and not offered
together. Tenant’s Rights shall be terminated with the removal of 2002
crop.
TERMS: 10% down day of sale with balance due within 20 days after the sale
has been approved by the Court. Title Insurance will be given on each
tract by the Seller. Taxes will be deducted from selling price based on
taxes paid in 2002.
